Service description

Hovry is a weather and headache-journaling companion. It can display available weather and pressure information for a city you choose and lets you keep personal headache records on your device. Availability, features and supported regions are defined by the released app and may change.

Not medical advice

Hovry does not diagnose, predict, prevent or treat migraine or headache conditions and does not recommend medication or dosage. Weather information and entries may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or unrelated to how you feel. Seek qualified professional care for medical questions and appropriate emergency help for urgent concerns. Final safety wording requires human clinical/policy and legal review.

Weather and service availability

Weather information comes from third-party providers and Hovry calculations. It may be stale, unavailable or inaccurate. Hovry does not promise emergency-grade delivery, continuous monitoring, or that a weather change means a headache will occur.

Your records and device

You control the information you enter. The current app stores its journal locally, excludes it from backups and has no export or cloud restoration. Device loss, app deletion, storage failure or a forgotten device credential can result in data loss. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and reviewing information before sharing it.

Subscriptions and purchases

The current development app has no live subscription products or purchase flow. Any released paid terms must be generated from configured StoreKit products and disclose the actual price, period, eligibility, renewal, cancellation, restore and entitlement behavior for the relevant storefront. Historical price and trial ideas do not form an offer.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The released terms should grant a limited personal license to use Hovry and prohibit misuse that interferes with the app, providers or other users. Ownership, third-party attribution, acceptable-use remedies and open-source notices require final publisher and legal review.

Privacy

The released Privacy Policy will explain Hovry's data practices. The current draft is Legal/privacy-policy.md and is not a public legal notice.

Disclaimers, liability, termination and disputes

Applicable warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, termination rights, governing law, dispute resolution and jurisdiction have not been approved. They must be drafted for the actual publisher and launch regions by appropriate legal counsel before these terms are used.
